thermage_faceAfter being asked by one of my highly prized part time employee for some time off to have some cosmetic procedures, I assumed that she meant she would be away from work for at least a few days, or maybe a week.  Because I knew how bad she wanted the facial work done, I reluctantly gave the old ‘okay’ and wished her well. The next day a little after noon, there was Sarah sitting at her desk, working away like normal. I asked about the cosmetic procedure she was supposed to get, and she said she went in a 9AM and it’s all completed.  I have to say that knowing what she wanted done and seeing her now, was a miracle.  She had work done on her chin area, and on the area around her eyes.

Is Thermage Worth It

Most Thermage Procedures take about 45 minutes for facial problems and up to an hour and a half for most other body areas.  Of course this depends on the condition of the area, the location, treatment size, etc.  These procedures are short and most procedures only require a single treatment, so it will not disrupt any modern lifestyle or your daily routine.  No need for any ‘pre-procedures’ or any special care after the procedure.  A temporary redness or minor swelling goes away after around 24 hours. General anesthesia is not required, but to make sure you are comfortable the doctor may offer light pain medications prior to treatment.
